The Super Dentists are partnering with San Diego Moms,
Brain Balance San Diego, and FIT4MOM to host a “Mommy & Me” Wellness Series, focusing on Self-Care: Oral Care, Mental Health, and Nutrition this spring.
The series kicks off on Wednesday, March 13 at 9:00 a.m. at the Eastlake location (2226 Otay Lakes Rd, 91915), followed by Wednesday, March 27 at 9:00 a.m. at the Escondido location (390 West Valley Parkway, 92025) with the final program on Tuesday, April 30 at 10:00 a.m. at the newly remodeled Kearny Mesa location (9737 Aero Drive, 92123). There will be giveaways and childcare with fun activities for all.
Dr. Kami Hoss, DDS, MS will start the parenting program with a discussion on “Your Complete Guide: Pregnancy to Early Childhood Oral Health” with must-tips on whole body wellness.
