** Local Encinitas nutritionist and healthy foodie hosts Valentines inspired cooking class to Ignite Passion and Well-Being through Food, Feb. 3**

Local Encinitas nutritionist and healthy foodie, Chassie Bell of Forkin’ Healthy, hosts a pre-Valentines inspired cooking class, Tuesday, Feb. 3 at 6:00 p.m.

Bell is joined by Clinical Nutritionist Emily Potter as they guide participants through a hands-on cooking class and nutrition workshop that focuses on foods that boost your mood, your libido and your center of love – the heart. The class is $100 per couple or $60 per person and will be held at the Center for Healthy Lifestyle in Encinitas, 1221 Encinitas Blvd.


Attendees will receive a four-course, hands on experience, which will include recipes to re-create at home, healthy cocktail upgrades and a bag of goodies. What’s on the menu? Oysters with a Citrus Mignonette Sauce; Butter Lettuce Salad with Goji Berries, Hemp Seeds, Avocado and Chocolate Balsamic Dressing; Coffee and Cocoa Crusted Grass-fed Tenderloin with Parsnip Puree and Charred Carrots; and a Chocolate Avocado Mousse.
