For those San Diegans on the GO, who wish to simply and quickly get their morning drink and be on their way, Copa Vida has an Honor Bar during commute hours, with daily freshly brewed coffee. Guests can bring their own cup or use one of Copa Vida. No lines, no cashier, no hassle. GO!

Enjoy
Copa Vida provides a beautiful space for those who wish to sit and enjoy the coffee/tea drinking process. This space was created for the community. The space focuses around the bar that highlights the skill of the barista and brewer, and the intricacies involved in properly preparing a great cup of coffee and tea. This area will also allow guests to enjoy one another’s company. So study, socialize, read news…enjoy!

Experience
Dedicated to those who are interested in taking their love affair with coffee and tea to the next level. Copa Vida will host private parties, classes – latte art and tea education, cupping events, tastings and music. Copa Vida will also feature a slow bar, allowing the coffee/tea drinker to get an intimate experience with their drink. This will also be an outlet for local artists to host their galleries, craftsmen to teach clients, and coffee lovers to host private parties.

In addition to the extensive coffee, tea and espresso menu, Copa Vida will offer an assortment of sandwiches and salads, from a Croque Madame – ham, caramelized onions, tomato, gruyere cheese, egg and béarnaise sauce – to their Signature Kale Salad – kale, red grapes, parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, sunflower seeds, red bell pepper vinaigrette, and crostini with basil aioli.

Food will be served Monday through Friday – breakfast 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. and lunch/munch 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; with brunch on weekends 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The 2,800-square-foot space will also be available to host events. Demonstrations and classes will be offered next  year.
