Coastal Roots Farm – an Encinitas nonprofit, organic community farm and education center, inspired by Jewish values – hosts a Farm-to-Table Dinner Series, which has become very popular, selling out throughout the summer. Now, the Farm will expand the series into the winter months with two events on Sunday, Nov. 9 and Sunday, Dec. 7 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Guests will celebrate and experience the bounty of the Farm’s 18-acre regenerative farm with exquisite, seasonally inspired dishes crafted by an exceptional lineup of talented local chefs.
Each dinner features a multi-course seasonal menu, using ingredients from the Farm, by a talented local chef. The Nov. 9 dinner will be presented by Chef Francesco Bonsinetto from Cucina Migrante. Plus, each course is paired perfectly with thoughtfully selected wines and beers. There is a 72-guest maximum, ensuring a cozy, communal experience.
“Guests are encouraged not to miss this unique opportunity to indulge in the finest tastes of the season, all while connecting with our vibrant community and the land that sustains us,” said Javier Guerrero, president & CEO of Coastal Roots Farm. “Enjoy an intimate evening of community connection, nestled on the heart of the Farm.”
Tickets are $150 per person, with the first $100 being tax deductible, which contributes to the Coastal Roots Farm mission of “nourishing the community.” Each ticket purchased helps the Farm to feed San Diegans in need. Read more about the Farm’s impact.
