San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum is hosting an evening of family fun on Saturday, June 8 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event is set to bring the community together in the spirit of summer with local artists, musical performances, and food trucks just for kids.

Summer Serenade, presented by Hidden Valley Orthodontics, will feature live music, an improv circle with Patio Playhouse, a community art project with Brilliant Spectrum Art, and an art activity with Escondido Art Association. The Museum is thrilled to welcome local rock stars, Hullabaloo and Kathryn the Grape for plenty of family-friendly singing and dancing.

“We are excited to kick off the summer by showcasing the vibrant community of artists and businesses here in Escondido during our Summer Serenade event! Summer Serenade offers a wonderful opportunity for families to relax and enjoy live music with their little ones,” said Christina Piranio, CEO of San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum.

Pre-registration is recommended as tickets are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tickets are $10 for Museum members and $15 for non-members. Special discounts are available for military and veteran families.
