Brain Balance San Diego offers a new program tailored for adults to help improve focus, anxiety, memory, organization, and overall performance, without the use of medication. The Brain Balance Adult Program helps adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) understand their symptoms and how their unique brain functions. Individualized plans are created to work towards success and improvement.

Brain Balance is a personalized program designed to improve focus, stress management, anxiety, memory, comprehension, and performance. The Brain Balance program is available as an at-home program, where everything needed for the program can be shipped, so members can complete the program from the comfort of their own home. The program can also be conducted in-person at a Brain Balance center, locations in Carmel Mountain Ranch and Chula Vista.

Brain Balance for adults is a brain wellness program, integrating proven methods from many disciplines of the brain all into one program. The program is designed to strengthen and improve the brain’s performance and positively impact many areas in an individual’s life – from personalized nutrition and exercise to cognitive engagement and strategic brain training.  Participants can expect:

  • A personal performance coach to assess areas of strength and opportunities to help reach individual’s goals.
  • Individualized sessions with a nutrition coach to develop a tailored nutrition plan for peak performance.
  • Measurable and trackable data to see progress and what it represents in terms of set goals.

Brain Balance also offers customization to programs – whether it’s an adult with ADHD, anxiety, or a processing disorder – to achieve personal goals.
