From tantalizing truffles to decadent desserts, D’Liteful Chocolat Patisserie & Chocolatier was created by Chef Dayleen Coleman, and located at the retail shops at Lake San Marcos, located at 1030 La Bonita Drive, Suite #200. After attending the famed Le Cordon Bleu in London, Chef Dayleen returned to the U.S. and opened D’Liteful Chocolat (in 2017), and quickly build a reputation for exceptional quality and flavor. Carried by exclusive wineries and high-end boutiques, and now, her own shop, these hand-crafted, delectable chocolates are unique and flavorful. Chef Dayleen brings to Southern California the best of European chocolate tradition, while infusing her own unique take on what makes chocolate special. In addition to the varied assortment of truffles and chocolates, salted caramels and more, D’Liteful Chocolat also makes chocolate fondants, crême brûlées, macarons, and more. Chef Dayleen also hosts chocolate making and chocolate pairing classes. And, she just launched a D’Liteful Chocolate of the Month Club.
