Bottega Italiana began in Seattle, back in 2003, with a simple goal to produce the highest quality gelato, and that they did! They have four locations – Seattle, Westfield UTC, Coronado (under the name Nado Gelato) and Encinitas (as Gelato 101). They also supply wholesale to many restaurants and grocery stores throughout San Diego as well.
